H.O.M. Landscape Contractors at Pinecrest, Pinecrest, Florida.

Contracted with HOM Landscape, a locally- and family-owned company, to trim the palms and trees throughout my property. The work was delayed when the remnants of Hurricane Erika blew through in August 2015. I had to reach out to the company myself to reschedule numerous times, but no one showed up at the agreed upon the day and time. There were no calls explaining the situation or offering an apology. After contacting Eddie Ortiz, the owner, about a refund he promised that it would take 30 days. Unfortunately, over 60 days later the refund has not been granted. This morning, I texted an ultimatum to Eddie and he returned with a highly unprofessional string of responses that have left me no recourse but to submit this review. I truly wish there had been a way to support this business.
